Michael McCullough:
Managing Director
Mr. Michael
McCullough is the managing director of KMC MAG Group. He
is in charge of client brokerage services, KMC's incubation
facility, and KMC's serviced offices. He's been largely
responsible for the firms explosive growth and has been quoted in
local publications discussing the Philippine real estate
market.
Mr. McCullough has previously worked in the Silicon Valley (San
Francisco Bay Area, California) as a software and IT consultant
from 2003 to 2007. While there he assisted Fortune 500 companies in
outsourcing their software projects with his firm. He was also
responsible for building and supporting networks for a number of
the company's clients in health care and real estate
industry.
In 2007 he was sent to Makati, Philippines by Cambria Corporation
to establish a branch office. During his 1 year contract, he hired
and trained over a dozen .Net developers while developing sales for
the Asia Pacific region.
Michael later became a Consultant for Kittelson &
Carpo Consulting and was responsible for project management for
their clients relocation needs. This included site selection,
office build-outs, and network installations (WAN, LAN, VPN,
VOIP).
Gregory Kittelson:
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Gregory
Kittelson is an American national and has been working in
the Philippines for 8 years. Gregory has worked with and helped
build two start-up IT outsourcing companies in Manila, FBM Software , and FBM e-Services . Gregory
also co-founded two Internet companies in the Philippines, Digital
Media Exchange (Mobius ) and GrooveNet . In addition to KMC
MAG Group, Mr. Kittelson currently is the Managing Director of Kittelson &
Carpo Consulting , assisting foreign companies setting up
businesses in the Philippines .
Between all 5 companies Gregory has had a very dynamic career in
the Philippines. He has incorporated and built companies from
scratch and built out office space while navigating through the
Philippines' bureaucratic government agencies and unique business
culture.
Gregory Kittelson is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce
in Manila, Philippines.
Amanda Rufino Carpo:
Chief Legal Officer
Ms. Amanda Rufino
Carpo is a Philippine national educated at the University
of the Philippines (B.A. Political Science) and Ateneo de
Manila University School of Law (Juris Doctor), a practicing
corporate tax and real estate lawyer in the Philippines, and a
former senior tax consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers
Manila. Much of her work experience is in international
business transactions, real estate transactions, and Philippine
inbound investment. She was also involved in Knowledge Management
for PWC where she was directly responsible for updates on the
latest laws, jurisprudence, and issuances by the Bureau of Internal
Revenue and Department of Finance and assisted with technical
training sessions. She has provided legal, tax, and real estate
advice to investors seeking assistance on market entry into the
Philippines and to those already doing business in the Philippines.
Attorney Carpo has advised clientele that includes a broad
range of multinationals, publicly listed companies, local
companies, government owned and controlled companies. Early in her
career Amanda apprenticed at Romulo, Mabanta, Sayoc, and de los
Angeles Law Firm and eventually worked at Feria Feria laO Tantoco
Law Firm, one of the Philippines' most respected and experienced
law firms. While there, she worked on the privatization of
the National Power Corporation of the Philippines which is to date
the largest privatization project in the Philippines.
Attorney Carpo eventually left the traditional law firm
environment to found Kittelson & Carpo Consulting to focus on
assisting foreign companies doing business in the
Philippines.
In addition to being the Legal Counsel of KMC MAG Group, Amanda is
a Partner of Kittelson &
Carpo Consulting and deals directly with their larger
clients. She has experience in business formation, corporate
registration, incentives availment, advice on tax issues in
relation to inbound investment, application of tax treaties, tax
assessments and claims for refund, immigration and labor issues for
expatriate employees. Her legal background and experience is
relevant in the aspects of commercial a and real estate law and
helps clients gain insight on the ins and outs of the Philippine
business and regulatory environment.
Thomas Cragg: Vice President for
Sales

Thomas Cragg brings over 5 years of professional experience in business development to KMC MAG Group having previously worked for a successful, British-owned BPO Company. He played a major part in their team becoming operational when he first arrived in the Philippines back in 2006, and from 2009. Tom assumed overall responsibility for their Operations Unit in Manila which specialized in transcription, particularly in the medical sector but also providing legal and financial support services.
Although largely based in Manila, Tom also took an active role in marketing strategy and sales, making presentations to CEOs, CFOs, Department Heads and even Consultants in both National Health Service (NHS) and Private hospitals during regular visits back to the United Kingdom. Tom would also utilize these trips to visit existing clients in healthcare throughout the UK to ensure that the Company's key performance indicators were obtained and that customer expectations were consistently met.
By 2011, Tom was keen to broaden his horizons and began to look into other market sectors whereby he could utilize his local business knowledge in the Philippines and his experience to date in account management. Hence, he was thrilled to join KMC Solutions as their Vice President of Sales.
In his new role at KMC MAG Group, Tom takes overall ownership for sales of their Serviced Offices in Manila (Ayala Ave, Central Business District of Makati and Fort Bonifacio Global City in Taguig), as well as their Seat Leasing and Staff Leasing services, assisting both international and domestic clients with their specific staffing requirements.
Gerold Fernando: Commercial
Sales & Leasing Manager

Gerold Fernando is one of the members of KMC MAG Group's management team. He started his career in the BPO industry working from ground up until he held a position as a client manager in charge of the whole EMEA and APAC region of a known SaaS company.
For KMC MAG Group Inc. Gerold manages and mentors a team of leasing consultants and is involved in the company's business development. All while doing commercial brokerage. He deals with commercial and office space leasing and sales in and around the Metro Manila area. He deals with a wide range of real estate requirements, from local businesses with traditional office space needs, to foreign companies opening their business in the Philippines searching for that perfect BPO site.
He provides clients with a list of sites and spaces suited to their requirements, arranges and schedules viewings, prepares proposals and works with both the lessor and lessee for a negotiated agreement that benefits all participants.
Grace Custodio:
Residential Brokerage Manager

Grace Custodio is the Residential Brokerage Manager of KMC MAG Group, and spearheads one of the fastest growing areas in the business. Along with her team, Grace is tasked with making the residential brokerage services of KMC MAG Group the most preferred in the industry.
Prior to joining KMC, Grace was a Global Network Director for Century Properties and responsible for formulating strategies for driving sales within the European Economic Area (EEA). Prior to her real estate career, Grace managed two major political campaigns in the biggest city in Metro Manila which gave her a unique perspective on the terrain and intimate familiarity with key players in the market.
Grace completed an Economics degree at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and is a licensed real-estate broker.
Eric Armeza: Commercial
Sales & Leasing Associate
Director

Eric Armeza is a licensed Real Estate Broker of the KMC MAG Group with more than ten years experience in the field specializing in corporate real estate services. His expertise include commercial sales and leasing, tenant representation, rent review, project marketing, portfolio management, consultancy and business development. He has successfully serviced various traditional multinational companies as well as banks, technology, and Call Center l BPO companies.
Prior to his current position, Eric did similar work during his stint with CB Richard Ellis (Phils.) and Colliers International (Phils.)
