Michael McCullough is the managing director of
Group, specializing in Commercial Real Estate
brokerage. He leads KMC MAG Group's team of tenant representation experts and
is mainly in charge of KMC's client brokerage services, incubation
facility, and serviced offices. Michael has been largely
responsible for the firm's explosive growth and has been quoted in
local publications discussing the Philippine real estate
market. He is also a founder of KMC Solutions, a provider of Facilities
and Technology Outsourcing services in the Philippines.
Michael is a real estate expert with more than 6 years of
experience representing various SMEs and multinational companies.
Most of his real estate experience is focused on assisting clients
in finding the right locations that would suit their real estate
needs, including next-wave cities. This
involves guiding clients during development planning stages,
project design, site selection, and land acquisition.
Michael also helps clients ensure smooth establishment of BPO
operations in the Philippines. He has built important relationships
with government agencies such as the Philippine Economic Zone
Authority (PEZA) & the Board of Investments (BOI) that makes it
easy for KMC to assist foreign clients in processing documents and
requirements. This helps ensure that KMC clients receive the proper
tax incentives for their investments in the country.
Michael has previously worked in the Silicon Valley (San
Francisco Bay Area, California) as a software and IT consultant
from 2003 to 2007. He assisted Fortune 500 companies in outsourcing
their software projects with his firm. Michael was also responsible
for building and supporting networks for a number of the company's
clients in healthcare and real estate industry.
In 2007, he was sent to Makati, Philippines by Cambria
Corporation to establish a branch office. During his 1-year
contract, he hired and trained over a dozen .Net developers while
developing sales for the Asia-Pacific region.
Michael later became a Consultant for Kittelson &
Carpo Consulting and was responsible for project management for
their clients' relocation needs. This included site selection,
office build-outs, and network installations (WAN, LAN, VPN,
