The new headquarters of the Lopez Group of Companies, the 19 story 8 Rockwell Tower (formerly Lopez Tower) will house The Lopez family's holding companies and various businesses in property development and energy. With over 30,000 square meters in leasable office space, the building form is composed of four pillars, symbolizing intrinsic Lopez values which are entrepreneurship, integrity, leadership and public service. The Lopez Tower, like all premium Rockwell developments, will have 100% back up power to ensure that work and productivity will never be disrupted.
