Bench Tower

The Bench Tower is a 22-storey commercial building, developed by Suyen Corporation. This was constructed in partnership with Megawide Construction Corporation and expertly designed by ASYA Design Partners. It is located along 30th Street Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City. This Grade A building has a gross leasable area of 22,000 sq.m. The typical floor plate of the building is 1,450 sq.m and can be further divided into quadrants that have a 0.9 efficiency ratio. It houses many leading companies including Suyen, FIX, Kashieca, Human, and all of Bench's other brands.  

It was designed to promote sustainability and energy efficient system. The green design of the building includes glass-curtain wall, windows that reduce power consumption by 25%, and rainwater collector for efficient water recycling. It also features 100% backup power, VRF air conditioning system and 8 floors of parking. The convenient location allows accessible main transport routes, various dining establishment and nearby public park for employees to relax after a long day at work.
