Bonifacio Ridge Condominium is a medium-rise residential condominium located in 1st Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, developed by the Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation and marketed by Ayala Land, Inc. as Ayala Premier. Bonifacio Ridge has two towers, namely, Cypress Point Tower and Spanish Bay Tower. Each tower has 20 floors, including the ground floor, Podium at Level 1, plus 18 storeys. Each tower has 144 units, thus there are a total of 288 residential units in this very low density property. Each floor has only eight units.
