ORE Central

The Ore Central (formerly Ore Square Project) is a 30-storey office building located at 31st Street corner 9th Avenue at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. It was developed by Monte De Tesoro Corporation and has a total floor area of 68,170 sq m.  
 
This prime office building was exceptionally designed by a world-renowned architectural firm, Gensler. It received LEED Gold status for its high-standard green features that aim for greater sustainability and reduce the impact of global warming.
