Female Receptionist/Customer Service

Responsibilities

The Receptionist's general responsibility covers front desk duty and general admin / clerical support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.

1. Front desk duty

  • Welcomes and assists guests and/or visitors
  • Answers visitors' inquiries
  • Directing visitors to their destinations and/or to the appropriate staff member
  • Receives, sorts and hands out mails and other documents
  • Receives, answers and/or redirects calls a as appropriate
  • Take and relay telephone messages when required
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Serve coffee or tea to guests, when necessary

2. General support / admin services

  • Filing and records keeping
  • Travel, hotel, and restaurant arrangements
  • Reservations for conference room use
  • Schedule appointments

3. Other tasks, as assigned

 

Requirements

  • College degree
  • 1-2 years experience, but fresh graduates may be considered
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pleasing personality
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge on MS Office Applications
