On-the-Job-Trainee (OJT)

KMC Mag Group is opening its doors to students who would want to undergo their Internship or On-the-job-training. The objective is to enable selected students required to fulfill their practicum,  and gain experience and basic knowledge on the following work units:

  • Marketing
    • Marketing Intern
    • SEO & Link Building Intern
    • Copywriting & PR Intern
    • Web Design & Development
  • Human Resources
  • Information Technology
  • Accounting
  • Operations

The Student intern / OJT shall assist in the day-to-day tasks of the assigned unit or area. Allowance shall be provided to the successful candidates.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a University or College and shows interest in any of the work units mentioned
  • Must be able to render at least 300 OJT hours
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Organized and hard working
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and shows determination to achieve goals
  • Preferably can work at least four (4) hours, Monday - Friday.
