Telecommunication Provisioning and Account Person

• Placing of orders via SPQ ( provisioning ) for new telephone lines and services (including: Landlines, Mobiles, DSL , Inbound numbers, International freelink)
• Follow up and checking all orders
• Administration duties associated with processing of orders
• Liaise with Phone Business staff /customers re: orders placement, progress and activations
• Update of customer data within billing systems
