The Finance Manager shall oversee all finance, taxation, accounting and payroll of both KMC MAG Group and KMC MAG Solutions. He/she shall establish and maintain financial management procedures and controls for the two companies and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
The Finance Manager shall manage an accounting staff and
ensure that all accounting systems and procedures are complied with
efficiently and effectively. He/she shall report to the Management
any accounting and finance concerns, and recommend changes or
controls, when possible.

The Leasing Consultant / Broker will be responsible for coordinating sales of commercial space and the delivery of all commercial space sales and leasing transactions for KMC MAG Group. Client Relations / Tenant Representation
- Manage and/or facilitate large, complex commercial space sales and/or lease transactions including lease acquisitions with a high level of proficiency and knowledge.
- Establish client satisfaction initiatives and ensure client satisfaction goals are exceeded.
- Establish trusted relationships with client or tenant.
Business Development
- Participate in new business development opportunities .
- Develop strong personal, collaborative, relationships with the client, and any other key stakeholders.
