Administrative Manager

  • Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of executive meetings;
  • Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently;
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Admin Office;
  • Manage and maintain executive’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements;
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings;
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials;
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents;
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary;
  • Manage assigned projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
  • Assist the Property Manager on all administrative matters;
  • Prepare reports / letters / memos / fax on behalf of the Property Manager;
  • Keep time-keeping records of all staff;
  • Deal with all enquiries for the Company in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail;
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times and establish rapport and display proper conduct in dealing with tenants, tenant’s guest, visitors and building staff;
  • Ensure that the Administration Office and Reception Desk is always kept clean and functions in a professional and effective manner and atmosphere;
  • Prepare and process purchase order;
  • Assist Building Management where possible;
  • Need to be able to work independently as well as within a team;
  • Must be able to multi-task with good organizational skills


  • Willing to be deployed in Pampanga
  • With 2-3 work experience in Administrative Department
