  • Assuring the details of the listings in the power point presentations are accurate and up to date
  • Keep listings in the database updated
  • Communicate with building contacts and lessors for available units
  • Organize listing database of the company
  • Organize online database and excel spreadsheet
  • Collect necessary and pertinent information of building listings


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 year sales and marketing background, but fresh graduates may be considered.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and Adobe Photoshop
  • Willing to do field work
  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig
