Residential Sales Associate

Client Relations/Tenant Representation

  • Manage and/or facilitate large, complex real estate transactions including lease acquisitions and dispositions with a high level of proficiency and knowledge
  • Establish client satisfaction initiatives and ensure client satisfaction goals are exceeded
  • Establish trusted relationships with client or tenant
  • Manage Landlord Representation for CLIP, and other related projects

 

Business Development

  • Participate in new business development opportunities
  • Develop strong personal, collaborative, relationships with client, and any other key stakeholders
  • Attend networking activities

 

Sales/Account Management

  • Sources leads and/or assists with referrals and inquiries
  • Facilitate office space viewing
  • Oversee all lease acquisition and disposition activities, including subleasing, lease renewals, site selection, third party leases
  • Identify the right quality and quantity of alternatives to generate the best solution at the best price for the client
  • Ensure all transactions are executed flawlessly
  • Ensure that all new locations meet the minimum due diligence process requirements of the client
  • Import best practices to the account and share with client

 

Contract Administration and documentation

  • Prepare and facilitate signing of contracts
  • Ensure proper contract administration and that all fee invoices are raised accurately and within approved time lines
