- Communicate with the building contracts and lessors for available units

- Organize listing database

- Organize online database and excel spreadsheet.

- Collect necessary and pertinent information of building listings

- Broker

- Search for listings for brokers.

- Phone calls and field work

- Preparing and securing documents and floor plan

- Taking photos of units and buildings.
