KMC MAG, assigned as property management firm for Nickel Asia

Local real-estate firm KMC MAG Group is now the exclusive
property management firm for the NAC Tower. It wil house the
headquarters of Nickel Asia Corp. (NAC), the largest nickel mining
company in the country.
The NAC Tower, on 32nd Street at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig was
developed by Manta Equities. With preoperations which started this
September, it features nearly 30,000 sq. meters of floor space, 20
office floors and seven podium parking floors.
NAC is its anchor tenant, together with its affiliates. NAC
processes 55 percent of nickel ore mineral in the country. Aside
from NAC, the Aboitiz Group of Companies will also be occipying 12
floors, and will also have KMC MAG Group as its facility management
In spite of being a newcomer in the industry and with a shorter
track record compared with its competitors, KMC MAG was unanimously
chosen out of seven other multinational proponents to become the
tower's property manager. "This account is a great addition to
KMC's roster of clients since NAC Tower is a prestige development,
employing state-of-the-art technology," stated Francis Fuellas,
property management director of KMC MAG. "This is a big venture for
KMC MAG Group Inc. as we can now present and prove our capability
in all line of real-estate services. Our company will strive to be
Manta's reliable partner in making NAC Tower the best managed
building in the metropolis.
KMC's Property Management division, organized in March 2012, is
one of the new additions to the property management players in the
industry. "Both MC MAG and Manta Equities believe that property
management can easily become the boggest prime mover in enhancing
or increasing the building's market value," Fuellas added.
Due to KMC MAG's innovative, practical, and customer friendly
approach to property management, the company will surely continue
