KMC MAG Group was chosen as the exclusive property management firm for the prestigious NAC Tower, a newly constructed commercial building located in 32nd Street, Bonifacio Global City. NAC Tower has nearly 30,000 square meters (gross) of leasable office space with 20 floors and 7 podium parking floors.
The property management team led by director, Francis G. Fuellas with associate director, Gener S. Peciller won the pitch against multinational competitors being JLL, CBRE Philippines, and Colliers. The NAC Tower heads unanimously chose KMC's presentation, which provided sound recommendations and customized solutions for NAC's needs.
Developed by Manta Equities, NAC Tower's anchor tenants are Nickel Asia Corporation (NAC) and its affiliated companies while the Aboitiz Group will be occupying 12 floors. The Aboitiz Group has also assigned KMC MAG Group to take the lead in facilities management of its brand-new offices.
KMC will be starting pre-operations as early as September 1st while full operations should follow in the next few months.
