KMC MAG Group, Inc. Attends Money Summit & Wealth Expo 2013

KMC MAG Group joined the Money Summit & Wealth Expo 2013 held last July 12-13, 2013 in SMX Convention Center, Pasay City. With the theme "Ride the Bull", the event presented various investment opportunities and provided the best methods and avenues for investment to encourage attendees to take advantage of the current positive growth of the Philippine economy.

Several investment experts from different industries were invited as key conference speakers, touching on a wide range of topics such as investing in the stock market, foreign exchange, and real estate. KMC MAG Group's Head of Business Operations and Capital Markets Melo Porciuncula was one of the experts who tackled a topic on commercial real estate investment.

In his talk, "Investing in Office Condos at the Real Estate Market Track," Melo provided a brief economic overview of the Philippines, including the market overview of the different central business districts around the metro. He also presented an in-depth cost-benefit analysis on investing in office condos and covered the various advantages and risks included in this form of investment, such as higher rates of return versus the higher cost required to enter the playing field. Melo also mentioned the important factors to consider when investing in office condos including:

• Exit plan
