The AAP Tower is a class A building that features several amenities including a shopping arcade, driver's lounge, and on the top floor a members' club and a garden. The 10-story building also has two basement levels designated for tenants' vehicles. It is also equipped with a CCTV surveillance system, a sewage system treatment facility, and an underground water reservoir. It also has two elevator shafts and two staircases.
