ArthaLand Corporation, a boutique property developer behind upscale residential projects like the twin-tower Arya Residences, has recently expanded its portfolio and has invested Php3.5 billion into a premium-grade office building development at the fastest-growing business center in Metro Manila. With BGC's comparatively lower occupancy costs coupled with the strong office space demand and limited supply, ArthaLand has ventured into the office property business by building the 30-storey ArthaLand Tower, creating a new stream of income through office leasing. The premium-grade office tower, which will be completed by 2017, will rise across the upcoming Shangri-la complex and the Philippine Stock Exchange in BGC, bound by 5th Avenue, 4th Avenue, and 30th Street at E-Square.

The world-class office development is a collaboration with local firm GF & Partners Architects Company. With the sustainability of its design structure, the PEZA-accredited office building is aiming for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Program) Gold and BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence) certification.

Out of the 41,700-square meter gross floor area, the ArthaLand Tower will offer over 31,000-square meter leasable space, with a typical floor plate of 1,776 square meters.
