With a strong office market demand driven by steady BPO growth and further expansion, Fort Bonifacio Development Corp., owner, developer, and management company of Bonifacio Global City, has invested in another class-A commercial office building in its mixed-use urban complex. The BGC Stopover Pavilion, Ave., is the second BGC-owned BPO office building after the Bonifacio One Technology Tower at corner 2nd 31st at 31st Ave. corner Rizal Drive. A 16-storey BPO tower and a 3-level retail complex will comprise this mixed- use development. This project will be on a 6,582-sqm prime lot area, slated for completion and full operation sometime between 2014 and 2015.

Office building and retail area

With 35,000 square meters of gross leasable area, the BGC Stopover Pavilion's office tower can be the new home of IT-BPO companies. The class-A building in the satellite city of Taguig will provide high-quality workplace solutions for IT-BPO services, designed to meet various technology requirements with multiple data and telecommunications service providers and support 24/7 operations with its utilities. The office building will also have specially designed areas for data rooms and will have security and access control systems that are fully integrated. In case of power interruptions, the building can still operate through its 100 percent backup power. The building is designed for optimum energy and water efficiency.

With cafes, specialty stores, and casual dining joints, the retail complex is envisioned to be a dining hub and hangout place in the area. The retail block will have two levels of basement parking. The BGC Stopover Pavilion will be a convenient business location since this is planned to be another BGC bus stop.
