Five E-com Center is a 15-level office building with a gross floor area of 125, 716 sq. m. and approximately 85,000 sq. m. of leasable area. This building is one of SM Prime Commercial Properties Group's latest projects, whose previous developments include Two E-com Center, SM Makati Cyber One, SM Makati Cyber Two, and Cyber West.

It is one of SM Prime's premier iconic office buildings in the Mall of Asia complex located in Pasay City. It is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2015.

Location

Located within the Mall of Asia complex, Five E-com Center provides 24-hour security and  complete utilities and power. It is also convenient for employees since it offers accessible public transportation routes such as the MRT, LRT and bus lines traversing the main EDSA thoroughfare. A ferry terminal in MOAC also provides future opportunities for sea travel. It is also only a few minutes away from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Five E-com Center is close to several schools such as Manila Tytana College, San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation, Inc. and Asian Institute of Maritime Studies. Five E-com Center is also within the range of several accommodation options and residential condominiums such as Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, Shell Residences, Bay Garden Condominiums, and Alphaland Bay City.

Building Feature

Five E-com Center will feature basement parking, a pioneering feature among the E-com buildings. It is primarily designed for business process outsourcing firms and other similar high-technology companies. It will also have an open-air fourth floor podium called Five E-com - Prism Plaza that will offer a relaxing, scenic view of the historical Manila Bay from the busy atmosphere of the workplace. Its air-conditioning system was designed differently from its predecessors in a variable refrigerant volume (VRV) format in order to provide tenants flexibility depending on their operating hours.

There will also be two covered bridgeways interconnecting Five E-com to its adjacent E-com buildings, which leads to the Mall of Asia. Locators can look forward to having office spaces of varying sizes, all on large floor plates of up to 7,000 sq. m.
