The Araneta Center continues its redevelopment plan with their newest project, The Gateway Tower. The Gateway Tower is a 32-level commercial building and one of the newest landmarks of the Araneta Center, a 35-hectare commercial area in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines. The new building is designed to connect to a retail corridor that will eventually envelop the Smart Araneta Coliseum and connect to Gateway Mall.

Because of its prime location at the heart of Quezon City, the Gateway Tower is very attractive to businesses, especially Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies. The building also provides the advantage of 24/7 facilities such as high-speed elevators, retail floors, and 3 levels of basement parking, plus direct links to the MRT-3 and LRT-2 lines. It will also feature 26 levels of premier office space, 2 levels of penthouse restaurants, and a helipad.

Businesses presently operating at the Gateway Tower include BPO/call center companies that include Accenture, AIG Shared Services and Teletech. Adjacent office towers include the Araneta Group (owner of the entire Araneta Complex -owned Aurora Tower which houses the Araneta management team and personnel, plus, the Telus House, a four-storey facility which serves as the headquarters of Telus International, call centre with 3,000 employees handling inbound customer care, outbound sales, market research and sophisticated IT business process solutions for industries including telecommunications, finance and consumer electronics for Telus' clients in North America.

The Gateway Tower is just one of the several ongoing development projects of the Araneta Center, Inc. Apart from the exhaustive transformation of the Smart Araneta Coliseum, concurrent structural enhancements in the area include the Novotel Manila Araneta Center and the Manhattan Parkway Residences. The expansion of the Gateway Tower, Gateway Tower 2, is expected to be complete by January 2016.
