Capitol Commons is a 10-hectare mixed-use development situated in Pasig, Metro Manila. Ortigas & Company, the same developer behind Ortigas Center, brought this site to life, which features Pasig's first high-end shopping center, Estancia at Capitol Commons. It has 30,000 square meters of leasable space in three levels that houses international furniture retailers and other international retail brands. It also features 50% open spaces, making it a relaxing environment for those who live, work, and play in Capitol Commons.

The North and South wings of Estancia , completed in 2014, is a mixed use complex which houses over 19,000 sq m of business process outsourcing (BPO) office space accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). Estancia offers 8 levels of premium executive office spaces that are highly accessible through public transportation. The Estancia Mall, located within the complex, also offers a unique indoor and outdoor shopping and dining experience with international brand powerhouses like Isaac Mizrahi, Pottery Barn, and Sinéquanone, and West Elm. Within the complex, there are several residential developments including The Imperium, a 62-storey high rise luxury residential condominium offering only 4 units to a floor on its 58 residential floors, The Royalton, a 64-storey luxury high rise condominium and the tallest building yet to grace the Ortigas skyline with a total of 422 residential units and Maven, the newest residential tower to rise in Capitol Commons with 61 residential floors. All three residential developments are targeted for turnover by the year 2020, with The Royalton to be turned over in December of 2017.
