With private consumption as one of the main drivers of the Philippine economy, it is no surprise that more and more international retailers are now seriously looking into locating in Manila. One such development is Tiger Resort Entertainment Complex, an impressive US$2 billion investment on 44 hectares of prime land development. Tiger resorts aims to bring in a new luxury retail experience to the country unlike any other, only rivaled by the likes of Macau, Las Vegas, and Singapore.

The Tiger Resort Entertainment Complex, set to open its doors in late 2016, will consist of 8,150 sq m of prime retail space and approximately 4,100 sq m of world-class innovative food and beverage options. Brands expected to be brought into its retail component include Chanel, Dior, and Hermes. Some of the world's best food concepts are expected to set up shop in Tiger Resort including Ding Tai Fung and Bread Street by Gordon Ramsay.

The luxurious complex will have one of the world's largest dancing fountains, a glass dome climate controlled beach club, and two world-class luxury hotels. The complex will also house a 30,000 sq m state-of-the-art casino component.
