An upcoming mixed-use project of Filinvest Land, Inc., the Filinvest Cyberzone Pasay Complex, will have four (4) office towers with 75,000 sq m of gross leasable area costing an estimated Php 4 billion to construct. An investment of over Php 20 billion is being made by the Filinvest group to further add office towers to their portfolio in Metro Manila and Cebu.
The Filinvest Cyberzone Pasay Tower 2 will consist of 9 floors with 7 floors designated for office spaces with a typical floor plate of 2,719 sq m. The building will feature 100% back-up power, high density telecommunication provisions with 4 telecom rooms, and is LEED certified, indicating the use of ecofriendly technology in the building infrastructure. Mostly catering to business process outsourcing (BPO) businesses, its PEZA accreditation enables BPO locators to avail of fiscal and non-fiscal incentives. As it is located along Diosdado Macapagal Avenue, transportation hubs such as the MRT, bus and jeepneys make the complex accessible to commuters.
