Megaworld Corporation's Uptown Bonifacio Development, the upcoming central business district in BGC, is opening its newest addition - the Uptown Place Tower 3.
Uptown Place Tower three is a PEZA-accredited 25-storey office building that offers 42,257 sq m of gross leasable area. Located along 11th Drive, Uptown Bonifacio, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), the Grade A development expects completion by the first quarter of 2016.

Located in the North Bonifacio central district, the tower has access to transportation routes that pass along 11th drive which is just perpendicular to Kalayaan Avenue.
