Top executives of Insular Life, Colliers, and KMC MAG Group/Savills signed a co-landlord representation agreement wherein the team of Colliers and KMC MAG Group/Savills will exclusively handle the leasing and marketing of the new Insular Life Makati Building.

The Insular Life Makati Building, a 14-storey office building, is one of the well-known landmarks of the Makati CBD for the past 50 years. The icon is now being reinvented to become a modern office space while preserving its heritage design it is recognized for. The new Insular Life Makati Building will have all new building systems and facilities which include new elevators, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and a 300-seater multipurpose function hall.
