On February 27, 2017, ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower celebrated its Topping Off Ceremony, another major milestone for ArthaLand Corporation. The ceremony marks the completion of the building's structure which remains to be on schedule for completion by Q4 2017.

This 30-storey building is the first of its kind in the district which is located on the corner of 5th Avenue and 30th Street in Bonifacio Global City. Many industry experts are tipping this area to become the next "Wall Street of the Philippines".

In attendance at this event were the Board of Directors and executives of ArthaLand Corporation, design and construction teams, and bank partners. A premium-grade office building, Arthaland Century Pacific Tower topping off signals the completion of this 30-storey building's super structure and it will be ready for turn-over within the second half of the year.

This flagship office project is located along the prime block at the corners of 5th Avenue, 30th Street, and 4th Avenue in Bonifacio Global City, just across Shangri-La at the Fort and Bonifacio High Street. The project is designed to provide efficient and sustainable quality office space for multinational companies in the financial, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors. ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower is on target to achieve dual green building certification from both the United States Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and the Philippine Green Building Council's Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) programs. It is already pre-certified in the Gold category of the USGBC LEED program.

Multi-awarded ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower earned several citations at the South East Asia Property Awards 2016 held in Singapore. The prime office project was awarded the Best Office Architectural Development (Philippines), Best Green Development (Philippines) and Special Recognition in Sustainable Design (South East Asia). In the same year, ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower was conferred the Best Green Development and Highly Commended in the Best Office Architectural Design categories of the Philippines Property Awards.

The premium-grade building is designed by SOM New York, the same group behind One World Trade Center and Burj Khalifa in Dubai, in collaboration with local counterpart, GF & Partners Architects.
