Insular Life is taking the lead in going green!
The Insular Life building in Makati was recently awarded by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) for its sustainable achievement. The building was granted certification at Gold level under its Leadership for Energy and Environmental Design (Core and Shell) (LEED-CS) program.
LEED is the globally recognized green building rating system in the world. With the certification system, it encourages more buildings, community and home projects to become healthy, highly-efficient and cost-saving green estates.
