Joemar is a Valuations Manager at KMC. As a licensed Civil Engineer and Real Estate Appraiser with 15 years of experience, Joemar is highly skilled and knowledgeable in providing accurate and detailed appraisal reports. In KMC, he is in charge of producing valuation proposals for properties in the different real estate markets, providing accurate data-driven appraisals for clients.
Prior to joining KMC, Joemar worked for JVE Engineering Design Service as a Project Engineer and as an Appraisal Review Officer at Chinabank Savings and Philippine Savings Bank. He is a graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree in Civil Engineering.
