Herbert Alba is an Associate Director of the Commercial Department for KMC. Herbert specializes in Tenant Representation and Real Estate Finance. In his four years of Corporate Real Estate experience, he has successfully concluded various lease requirements totaling approximately 50,000 square meters. He has successfully worked with a number of local and multinational corporate and Business Process Outsourcing companies in search of office space in the Philippines.
