Philipp is an Associate Director of the Commercial Department for KMC. He specializes in Tenant Representation and in his 7 years experience in Corporate Real Estate, he has successfully closed a total of 30,000 square meters in various lease requirements. He has successfully worked with a number of local and multinational corporations, and Business Process Outsourcing companies in search of office space in the Philippines.
Prior to joining KMC, Philipp worked as a manager in Megaworld Corporation Prime Properties Investment Group, ArthaLand Corporation, Rockwell Land Corp., and Community Innovations to name a few.
