Carlo is a Senior Director for KMC’s Tenant Representation Services. With 14 years of corporate real estate experience, Carlo manages significant assignments for the company’s clients in office leasing and sales, project marketing, lease renewals, lease renegotiations, strategic consulting, and landlord consultation assignments.
Prior to joining KMC, Carlo worked as a Director at CBRE Philippines for 11 years. Previously, he worked for Megaworld and Ayala Land, gaining extensive experience in project selling.
