Mack is an Assistant Manager whose key responsibilities are in Tenant Representation Services. He focuses on sourcing new opportunities by building and managing client’s pipelines by performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, preparing financial analysis on the viability of each option provided, and incorporating and supporting transactions from inception to close.
It hinges on reviewing leases, evaluating offer letters, preparing internal and external presentation materials and documents, and running models with accurate and thorough reports, briefs, and proposals. It also entails aiding in gathering new opportunities by developing and maintaining relationships with our local developers, investors, brokers, and other real estate professionals.
Before joining the Tenant Representation Team, Mack worked as a Research Associate for KMC where he developed and managed the internal database of the company, analyzed and reported for market-based briefs, and collected difficult-to-source data on new markets and submarkets.
