Monique is an Associate Director under the Tenant Representation team of KMC. She spearheads sales operations involving office and retail properties across the Philippines. She also supervises the activities and efforts of other sales representatives from the organization, leading sales and marketing strategies for leasing and acquisition.
She has also been recognized as one of KMC’s top performers and has successfully closed approximately 50,000 sq m office spaces in Metro Manila’s central business districts. Prior to joining KMC, Monique gained valuable experience in banking and finance, business development, marketing strategies, and accounts management.
