Robert is an Assistant Manager for the Tenant Representation team in KMC. Given his extensive knowledge of working in the BPO sector, he now works with selected clients by assisting them in the entire transactional process including site viewings, negotiation, liaison with lawyers, preparation of documents and reports, and attending client meetings.
Prior to his work with KMC, he worked as a consultant and data specialist for various firms including Sutherland Global Services and FactSet Philippines. He is also widely experienced in customer servicing and able to offer unique perspective when it comes to dealing with clients and their needs.
