Gerold specializes in offshoring corporate services and tenant representation. He provides clients with a list of sites and office spaces suited to their requirements. He now handles multiple transactions in and outside of the Metro Manila area and caters to a wide array of clients from local businesses and multinationals.
He continues to strive as a strong business development professional. Aside from having a holistic career growth, he recently completed his post baccalaureate degree in Real Estate Management from the De La Salle University.
As a testament to his continuing expertise in the field, Gerold also successfully completed his Master’s degree in Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global – the leading corporate real estate association in the world.
