Marikarl is one of the Senior Analysts of the Tenant Representation team of KMC. She is primarily in charge of coordinating sales and negotiations of commercial spaces for the company. With over five years of experience in client advisory and customer service, Karl proactively develops strategies for the team to ensure sales and maintain excellent client relations.
She has gained valuable experience across real estate sectors from over five years of working in the industry. Marikarl holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from the Lyceum of the Philippines University.
