Abraham “Ram” Puno works as a Manager at KMC’s Tenant Representation team. He is one of the professionals that handle office, industrial, and commercial leasing and general brokerage services. Ram manages clients who need assistance in property expansion, relocation, and renewal. He also heads the industrial accounts of the company for logistics and manufacturing businesses.
He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser and an active member of CoreNet Global. Prior to joining KMC, Ram worked as an Assistant Manager at a multinational Real Estate firm and was part of the Industrial and Retail Team for site selection and acquisition, due diligence, contact review, vendor creation, and lease and sale negotiation.
Ram holds a degree in BS in Legal Management from the San Beda University, Manila, and gained his post-graduate degree in Real Estate Management from the De La Salle University – College of St. Benilde (Merit Awardee).
