Prince Tower

Prince Tower is a 14-storey residential and commercial condominium building located along Tordesillas Street, cor. Bautista, Salcedo Village, Makati City, 1227. It was redesigned in 1987 by St. Francis Square Group of companies, a real estate developer that especially caters middle income real estate projects. The first three floors of the building is dedicated to commercial establishments including banks, and many professional service offices. Ten floors are dedicated for residential purpose. Because the building is right in the heart of Salcedo, which is a business district in Makati.
