Bonifacio Stopover Corporate Center

The Bonifacio Stopover is located on 32nd Street corner 2nd Avenue. This is the second BGC-owned BPO tower after Bonifacio One Technology Tower. The new building, which will have a gross leasable area of 35,000 square meters, caters to the unique requirements of IT and BPO offices. It will have utilities for 24/7 operations, multiple data and telecommunications service providers, 100 percent back-up power, structurally-reinforced areas to accommodate data rooms, and fully integrated security and access control systems. There will also be a retail area with gross leasable area of 6,000 square meters and a two-level basement parking.
