Having international corporation executive offices mounted on the city, Makati business district have grown bigger and expanded to suburb locations for their manufacturing and operating sites. Established on 1998, the 23-storey building was developed by Amalgamated Development Corporation. The structure was a Grade A, PEZA accredited building with a typical floorplate of 860 sqm. and a gross leasable area of 15500 sqm.
