Polaris

The Polaris Building is a 19-storey, Class A corporate tower located at Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, a premier hub for commerce in the South of Manila. It has a gross leasable size of 25,488.20 sq m, bolstered by 2,061.80 sq m floor plates. Because of the technology employed in the design and construction of a sustainable building, it has earned a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the US Green Building Council; additionally, it was declared as an Information Technology Center by Philippine President Benigno S. Aquino III. It has been originally built for the corporate use of Fluor Philippines, a regional leader in engineering expertise and construction in the country.
