Tower 6789, formerly Alphaland Makati Tower, is the newest of only six premium-grade office buildings in the Makati central business district. It will be the most prestigious business address in the country. The street entrance leads to a grand lobby, with a 10-meter high ceiling. The lobby is entirely clad in glass, to admit natural light. The 35-storey tower has a gross floor area of 48,000 square meters.
