- Conducts regular inspection of machineries and equipment of the building and report encountered problem to the Immediate Superior.
- Evaluates, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems in the building.
- Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance.
- Receives and responds to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues assigned by the Property Management Office.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Property Management.
- Responds immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns.
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and practice safe work habits.
- Suggest ways to enhance the operational procedures of the property management team.
- At least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Strong Communication Skills
- With at least two (2) to three (3) years work experience specialized in Maintenance/Repair in Building and Facilities
- Amenable to work during weekends and holidays
- Amenable to work six (6) days a week
