- Provide timely response to all incidents, outages and performances alerts. Categorize issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams.
- Recognize, identify and prioritize incidents in accordance with property business requirements, organizational policies and operational impact.
- Collect and review performance reports for various systems, and report trends in hardware and application performance to assist ELV Technicians to predict future issues or outages.
- Monitor a wide variety of information and network systems that include, but are not limited to telecommunications circuits, LAN/WAN systems, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, storage, backup, operating systems and core applications.
- Document all actions in accordance with standard Property policies and procedures.
- Notify superior and third-party service providers of issues, outages and remediation status.
- Work with internal and external technical and service teams to create and/or update knowledge base articles.
- Perform basic systems testing and operational tasks (installation of patches, network connectivity testing, script execution, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Graduate of a college degree in the arts and sciences, engineering and/or management with a strong knowledge of computer functionality
- Strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner.
- Critical Thinking
- Ability to troubleshoot network problems effectively in a network operations environment.
- Strict adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and mature judgment must be demonstrated at all times.
- Assigned duties should be performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- At least one (1) year experience with CCTV operations or other networks, real-time evaluation and diagnosis of network alarms and associated trouble tickets for certain conditions that may require special attention to avoid degraded service.

- Willing to work in night shift, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work six (6) days a week
