With the country's growing BPO sector and active real estate industry, demand for Fort Bonifacio condos, houses, and other properties has grown exponentially in a span of two years. It takes only one look at the thriving city to understand its appeal to both foreigners and Filipinos who live here--Fort Bonifacio offers plenty of sights and sounds to behold.

In the past, the city is only known as the location of the national headquarters of the Philippine Army. Today, it is recognized as one of the largest hubs of commercial properties in the Philippines. Yuppies, families, students, and everyone else will find everything they need in the Fort. There's no shortage of restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping complexes, and parks for entertainment. World-class schools, churches, and hospitals also linger within the vicinity. It's no surprise residential and commercial properties are sprawling up left and right in Fort Bonifacio. Everybody wants a piece of the action.

There are also several landmarks and tourist spots located in Fort Bonifacio. Many come here each weekend not only to honor those who've lost their lives in war and battle, but to enjoy the tranquillity of the area. It's certainly a welcome sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Market! Market!, Serendra , Bonifacio High Street, and the Fort Strip are all within walking distance of one another. These are shopping areas that are frequented by local residents and visitors alike. There's also the Mind Museum which is beloved by visitors both young and old. As you can see, city living is truly at its finest in Fort Bonifacio. One can only expect more structures, establishments, parks and complexes to increase in coming years.
