KMC MAG Group chosen to manage Tagaytay condotel

Local real estate services firm KMC MAG Group, an international associate of Savills, has been chosen as property manager for Major Properties' 10-hectare flagship development Monteluce in Silang, Cavite.

Strategically located along Aguinaldo Highway, Monteluce is composed of three residential developments: Mondavi, Brie, and Sienna. Mondavi is a 9-story condo hotel that offers 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom flat and loft-type units as well as 5-star services and facilities such as the man-made beach and lagoon, observation tower, and more. Brie, on the other hand, is a residential condominium with 10 stories and a land area of 1,964 sqms. And lastly, Sienna is a village-type development featuring log cabin homes with floor areas between 150 and 170 sqm.

KMC MAG Group will be responsible for managing the developments and their daily operations. This includes overseeing the fit-out and implementing house rules, supervising and recruiting technical and engineering teams involved in the project, providing facilities management, and ensuring safety and security of the buildings and structures.
