Silver City, located within Frontera Verde, is a 3-hectare mixed-use property composed of three office buildings set to be completed towards the end of 2014. It is located specifically in the IT Office Campus within Frontera Verde, a KPO campus development, and has a 2,400 sqm foot print. The Silver City Buildings are the latest buildings to rise among the five planned in Frontera Verde.

Developed by Ortigas & Co., Silver City 1 was their first venture into BPO office construction and leasing. It is a 3,000-seater building which has been fully leased since 2009, according to Joey Santos, senior vice president of Ortigas & Co. The developer aims to deliver office even more space for KPO with its two additional buildings: Silver City 2 and 3. These two additional buildings are a pair of four-storey buildings which will add a total of 20,000 sqm of office space for KPO locaters.

The Silver City campus will be surrounded by numerous retail options and is a 24/7 secured community with a 24/7 footprint from BPO companies. Additionally, the buildings' strategic location in the center of the Greater Manila Area (GMA) makes it accessible to north and south labor pools as well as to labor from the Rizal area. Another advantage of leasing an office space in this development is its accessibility to more than 5 executive villages, making travel from home to work quicker and more efficient.

As of this writing, Silver City's mall is already fully operational, offering a wide array of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in its al fresco strip. The mall is divided into three sections: the Auto Mall, Fusion Tech Mall, and Wellness Mall.

How to get to Silver City: You can take a bus or MRT and step off at Ortigas Station. From there, you can ride a jeepney or bus headed to Rosario or Cainta and get off at IPI. Just walk along the C-5 Southbound until your reach Silver City along the corner of C-5 and Julia Vargas Avenue.
