Filinvest City: Flourishing Microdistrict in Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Filinvest City, a flourishing microdistrict south of Metro Manila, is home to multiple developments that cater to different sectors.

Located between the Spectrum District and the Northgate Cyberzone of Filinvest City and operated and owned by the Insular Life Assurance Company, Ltd, the Insular Life Corporate Center Towers (ILCC) are a part of one of Metro Manila's flourishing microdistrict.

The two towers provide a distinctive business environment for BPO companies, IT enabled services, PEZA-registered businesses (due to its PEZA accreditation), and corporate offices. Although both are high-rise office towers, the two buildings offer different amenities.

Tower I has 34 floors and is mainly composed of office floor space of 54,108.77 sq m. Tower II has only 28 floors but makes use of the remaining space through its auditorium along with the foyer, a Japanese Garden, and Seminar Rooms, all useful for various business gatherings.
